Max initial was 55k so you must have received an initial and a secondary etc, or multiple secondary etcs

What’s the secondary for? Tagging people?

There's also the issue of Neynar and perhaps other infrastructure being unable to handle the distribution and therefore people may have difficulty claiming at any one time. I haven't been able to test this myself as somehow 13h later and I still haven't had any passed my way haha
