Yep, 5pm in Washington D.C. today. You been under a rock the last 24 hours?

Oh yea, that's right. The tldr is Trump put out a 2 page memo yesterday saying that federal spending was being paused. Lots of conflicting communications and such today on the matter but it's causing quite a bit of chaos and programs like Medicaid and Head Start are already unable to access funding. If we were talking about a year's time then about $3 trillion in federal spending would be in jeopardy.
