All truths are valid under certain conditions.

Newton theories are valid for sufficiently large bodies and a range of speeds (something like that). They are “true” then, but not anymore for the “very small” or “very fast”, where other theories like Relativity hold “true”. We keep Newton’s when valid, as way easier/cheaper to use.
