advanced AI will make single person go far and fast: - no incentive problem - no communication overhead, the AI just understands - intelligence swarm executing vision of single founder - the AIs don't want equity, they just need compute

Founding is to me about creating a team, and as Sinek puts it “if you don’t understand people, you don’t understand business”. A business is really about people working together, it is 2 more than 1+1, and that needs be learned. Advanced AI is a multiplier on top of that, not in its stead, imo.

Wasserman’s 2012 book on founders compiles related statistics, including thousand companies and people like Dorsey. I cannot remember clearly but there is a section about founding teams, number of people and stats on the topic. https://press.princeton.edu/books/paperback/9780691158303/the-founders-dilemmas
