What his favourite food is
Names of his best friends / parents
Favourite things to do
Personality traits
Things he doesn't like
Catchphrases
Goal (What's the most important thing for him)

This is not an exhaustive list but a guide to give you an idea.

His favorite food is fried rice because it's really delicious
what he really likes is being polite and empathetic because he respects everyone, both older and younger
The thing I don't like about him is that he's a very slow person so I don't like it when he's not on time. 
The most interesting thing about him is that he is a very cheerful person and never looks sad, he really cares about everyone
