100% or near 100% onchain experiences is definitely a uniquely possible thing with L3s

But there are other things—some technical—but the most interesting ones imo are not technical

To me they are almost like an internal balance.

It's hard to keep up with everything happening in crypto sometimes

But it feels like L3s are the missing components for consumer crypto

How tho

They seem like smart contract networks running Solidity smart contracts atop a dApp specific chain that is scaling within an application set before being rolled up to an L2.

That's what they seem like to me at any rate.

It will define new dApps categories

A new social economy 

The place where you store your pseudonymous reputation, contacts, relationships and proof of knowledge
