Liquidity on new chains is a blocker for apps - it adds friction for the user to onboard. 

I do believe L3s are the future, so we’re gonna solve the liquidity problem with cross chain tx

I guess we're still working consolidating on the terminology :) 

Cross-chain transactions = bridge-less experiences. Once the user on-ramps on a single chain, they will be able to transact anywhere. No bridging or swapping necessary.

We're already enabling devs to do this today! But awareness is low
