“When breath becomes air” is such a heavy book to read. I’m re-reading this and still it makes me soooo sad. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend. It will remind you of all the important things in our lives that we always take for granted

There are times in life where everything is going well and you feel untouchable. Then there are times in life where everything is just… broken. Find your routine, get back to baseline. At least those are within your control. Past couple months have been a whirlwind. Moving to a new city, starting a new job, learning how to navigate adult life. But I found that I’m happiest when I have a set of routine that I’m consistently keeping by. You can’t control when things go wrong. But you can control these routines, and through them, feel like you have control of your life again. Happy Thursday ya’ll! 👋
