Coinbase might need to blitzscale in the next 2 years. Why?

- market circumstances are prime for success (stable coins adoption, favorable political climate, etc.)
- rapidly growing competition in the space (stripe with bridge, meta, etc.)
- infrastructure is ready to scale for the world

But would we need to hire tens of thousands of employees? Probably not.
With AI, we no longer need to scale with more employees but can scale with more AI agents. If the output of each employee can be 10, 20, 50x, Coinbase can stay the same size while we blitzscale.
