Job offer received!! What do you think frens, should I leave my low-paid theatre tech gig for a work-from-home av service coordinator position? Life changes are scary, but I’ve been feeling stuck in my current job for quite a while, and realized there’s absolutely no room for growth. It’s a big change, but feels necessary. Chime in, I could use the support! ☺️🫶🏻✨

Move on mate! WFH will bring you way better life quality! I know you love your theatre work in terms of the tech stuff you deal with, but hey maybe you could later do it on the side! Get that offer, bro!

Yeah, working from home is a HUGE bonus! Glad to hear you mention it as a plus. It’s true, I love the hands-on tech stuff, but I’d be okay doing less of it, maybe as a side hustle. Ok, I’m starting to feel really good about this now. Thanks pal. Appreciate you!!

+1 do both coordinator role gives u the means to make more impact as theater tech but if being a coordinator is going to make u feel like a whore don’t do it. i won’t work on facebook ads for example if someone offered to 2x my salary.
