I’ve worked at a crypto recruitment company for 2 months now. The main thing I’m learning is that it’s reeeeallly hard for people with no web3 experience to get in right now. If you’re hiring, are you open to web2 peeps? How would they stand out beyond the obvious (being involved in communities etc)?

i think in crypto hiring is mid-curve. am trying to hunt for a role, worked across native early stage startups, no one interested to hire young folks for junior/mid-level roles. everyone wants senior/specialist to work with them, which is very limited. You either get web2 experienced or web3 young starters
