i was at a @base event using @slice when i saw a friend scan the QR code

i started walking over to explain it, but by the time i got there (15 seconds later) they had already checked out

this is how we bring the world onchain

watching people get genuinely excited about how fast and easy it is to pay onchain for food, drinks, and merch with @slice has been one of the most rewarding and meaningful parts of this journey — and the strongest validation we could ask for.

we now know for sure that onchain commerce is inevitable
