Happy #monochrome-monday! Banana Cone, circa 1973, by William J. Kolomyjec, aka Dr. Bill. I love this work because of its iconic aesthetic and concept. Linear interpolation was and still is a cool algo, used back in the late 60/early 70s while coding in FORTRAN. And it is still relevant nowadays with genAI. I couldn't be more proud for have facilitated Dr. Bill to inscribe this beauty onto the Bitcoin blockchain. You can check the original JavaScript conversion by Dr. Bill: he digitalised both the banana and the cone in 99 dots each. It's also a fascinating story, I couldn't recommend more to read more about this work and its artist. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. ๐ #mono
