Success Topic of the Day: Learning to say No

How do you decide when to say no to something? Is it tough for you, or does it help you stay focused and get shit done?

I am a people pleaser and I have always struggled to advocate for myself. Learning to say No has been a really powerful way to take back my time. 

What about you?

I do things most time at the expense of myself, my wife ime and all others.

But recently I found out that...

"Learning to say No is key to protecting your time and energy. It’s not about rejecting others, but about prioritizing yourself. 

A clear 'No' with respect can open doors to better opportunities. 

So I will say NO in a different way like this: 

'I’d love to, but I’m focused on something else right now.' 💡
