The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

Works for sure.. i have been doing 16-8 hour intermittent fasting for a while and certainly feel the difference
