Ok which places should I prioritize visiting in Italy?

First place should be Rome. Most historical sites.

If you want scenery, Amalfi coast is a great choice. We took train to Naples (worse Italian city I have been so don’t stay too long there) then rented a car,drove to Amalfi stopped by Pompeii on the way.

Venice is cool too and you can do Verona and Milan via train together with it.

I have never done Florence/Pisa so don’t know how that compares
