Thoughts on the first half:

- USA wants it more, playing more aggressive and England playing not to lose 
- Clear skills and soccer IQ gap,
England players need far fewer touches, USA incapable of elegant first touches / long passes 
- If we run out of gas before scoring expect a flurry of goals from England
