didn't mean to be arrogant — but be wary of gurus and people who write in the msm see katie ladecky, christopher nolan, or howard shultz, or napoleon. obsession over a singular quest at the expense of anything else is the *only* recipe for outlier success

You’re horrifically arrogant and can’t even see it. Many elite runners attribute their success to Steve’s coaching, and will publicly testify to this fact. Where are your students? Who have you guided to success? Yet you have no problem telling me about the “only” way to win.
