Certain strikers seem to spend more time whingeing at the ref than getting into decent positions. Some forwards moan about not getting service, yet do nothing when it does come their way. Get rid of the players who won't get stuck in during tough games and find another career. It pains me to watch players overhit crosses time and again. Where's the precision?

Some need to learn that passing three defenders means nothing when you lose the ball immediately after that; diving in when it is not necessary, when they can easily stay on their feet, are a liability. They do not need to go to ground every single time. I'm amazed at just how fragile some players feel when criticism is aimed at them. You play badly, and you get criticized. That's just part of the game.

Forwards can score 20 goals a season but will still be a liability if they cannot do the basics, like holding up the ball or linking play.
