I'm definitely on the self-conscious and paranoid side. But if the distractions are strong enough, the need to be in the moment can pull me out of that. Hiking, snowboarding, concerts, etc then enjoyment opens up, but it's got to be right circumstances. So it's a pretty rare occasion for me.
