what tv show started off amazing, but later became a disappointment? here's my pick 😏

Agreed on that one. Game of thrones, ofc. Not just story, but dialogue seemed to get more boring/ cringe after season 3 or so. Whereas some conversations were true works of art in first few.

ok confession: I never got around to watch GoT and at this point I feel like I completely missed the hype. Worth the time commitment?

I’d say first three seasons or so are downright amazing. 

But seems like writing got progressively worse after that.

Mad Men was a perfect ending. Last episode was maybe best hour of tv i’ve seen.

I see, I remember everyone being so excited about GoT at the time. 

Sometimes it’s tricky to please the audience. I’d say one of the few good finales was Breaking Bad, that one was well done.
