Gingrich broke Congress when he talked about Dems as inhuman mortal enemies where no collaboration was possible. 

Dems still think of Pubs as people they happen to disagree with. That needs to change.

Also what I noticed -

When Dems have the majority:
"We can't do anything without 60 votes due to filibuster"

When GOP has the majority:
"Here are a dozen loopholes we can use to bypass filibuster with just 51 votes"
