Trouble is the ways of testing any of this is 0. Lots of issues.

For sure on observation. 

Been reading a ton on testing these things. Problem is the only way to know how it is related to consciousness is to ask a consciousness. Still goes back to the experiencer reporting what they are experiencing.

I feel like people keep going quantum so they can somehow believe in free will, but does randomness really provide it?!
