so do you actually pay the bill/preload with USDC then?

Yeah & Def centralized. Works me for though. I offboard some coins to it & as long as usdc is in there it’s gucci. Does what I need which is largely using the virtual card. I’m a simple debit card user that doesn’t use credit cards except when renting a car
