The @cookie frame makes me feel like there must be some way to integrate Laso cards into Warpcast. Some way to make purchases with merchants who don't accept crypto.

Am I thinking about this the right way? Can we do this without building checkout implementations on behalf of other merchants?

IIUC, the frame can verify the user's address, so no need for nonce signing login. From the frame we should be able to verify the user's balance + card details.

It kind of seems like no matter what, the merchant will have to do something Farcaster-specific to support that
