On my way to wintry Germany today, where Iβll be spending the next four weeks. Iβll be staying with my mom (and do my daily visits to my grandmother), who lives in the most picturesque countryside. This area, renowned for its natural beauty and healing springs, was first settled by the Romans. Itβs also famously connected to the Brothers Grimm, who spent their childhood here. Their fairy tales were inspired by the local folklore, as well as the beautiful forests, rivers, and rolling hills that surround this region.
