ratchet is on uniswap v3, but i can help setup a LP for you if you need. if there are no initial pools on aero, you have to be the first. so have to go to lps > create pool > add token + ranges to establish the pool so other can add to it. next step would be establishing the incentives for users voting on that token ($cabal rewards). @deployer is best suited for this portion as I used @rebase /rebase for ratchet reward LP, and @kompreni helped me set that up. However, since then, they added the custom token launcher where anyone can just go add the LP and LP rewards. Rebase LPs align with Uniswap v3, which matches clanker LP lock just as FYI.
