As a coffee purist I don’t like coffee cocktails. I prefer simple drinks like americanos, cappuccinos and cold brews. I only tried it because it was on brand with Base.

It’s the Based Summer from the menu. Not sure what blue butterfly flower is but there was something that made it fizzy. That in particular I didn’t enjoy.

Good to know! Can you describe it to me? I dug out the icing coloring and I’m about to steam me some blue milk. But the way the coffee seems to be sitting on top makes me think it’s not dairy milk or there is something else in there.

I made it. I tossed the first one. The blue powder gave a great color. Weird flavor. Weird texture with dairy milk. Made again with my normal iced coffee. Cheated with blue icing coloring. Much better.
