From last week's /earlymorningcrew podcast @pichi @treegirl and myself chatted about the uncertainty of what channels are supposed to be now, we debated whether this was a technical update or a philosophical pivot, and how much channel owners can realistically do to build a vibrant community on Farcaster when the very tools they rely on are shifting under their feet. Read in frame. And if you enjoyed it, mint to show your support. https://news.cryptosapiens.xyz/farcasters-big-identity-shift-from-channels-to-community-hubs

Nice! Just a reminder to share in /firstdraft by Sunday (Monday at the latest) to have it counted for the week (I included it for this past week but just heads up for the future)

"...you can’t force a community into existence. It has to be nurtured, developed, and sustained over time. And that takes effort—real, human effort, not just cool APIs and feature updates." 100% It's going to be super interesting to see how this plays out - there needs to be a clear value add for channel hosts / mods and aside from financial gating access (which is whole different can of worms) that feels difficult.
