@sahil can you explain why leaderboards are a powerful tool for new farcasters who are looking to grow their presence here? and how increasing your score in a channel reflects on your global score on farcaster?

channel leaderboards help put positively contributing farcasters on the radar, helping them earn recognition and rewards. they create a pro-social feedback loop for users who're adding value in a community. they also make it easy for a new user to be discovered in a channel. your channel score is independent from global farcaster score, by design. but if you do well in a channel, it may help you get discovered by a broader set of farcasters, which may contribute towards your global score.
