The last two days are the most sick I’ve been in almost a decade. Hoping tomorrow is better 🤞🏽 (metrics from yesterday, today looks very similar)

hope you feel better soon. i have many friends who are really ill rn as well. i had a week long bout with fever, aches, exhaustion at the end of last year. it was the most sick i had been. drink lots of water and rest. zinc and vitamin c help too.
