My prebiotic and probiotic recommendations: → Psyllium husk → Performance Lab's Prebiotic → BioGaia's Lactobacillus Reuteri → Pendulum's Akkermansia → Pendulum's Polyphenol Booster → Vivomixx → Yoghurts → Kimchi However, YMMV. There's a lot of individual variability.
