- The first thing we look at is employment history. Make sure the best projects stand out and highlight your achievements there (bullet points / hyperlinks / metrics)

- On average a hiring manager will scan your resume in less than 6 seconds. 6 SECONDS !! Make sure the most relevant info is concise and stand out achievements are eye catching - Less Is More!

- if the projects are lesser known add in a byline of what they do, i.e "RWA tokenisation platform", and any key milestones the projects have accomplished that might be of significant interest
