This isn't my typical art style but I popped into the Pokemon Center in Sapporo and got some inspiration. They don't have special items unique to the store like Tokyo/Kyoto, so I decided to make my own. Not my usual art style, but I hope you enjoy Halloween Pika Maxi as much as I enjoyed creating it.
