You have to be maximally intellectually honest. It’s very likely that you are not the best or omnipotent. Quicker you accept that, quicker you are to start surrounding yourself with people smarter than you.

Before you become a founder, I’d recommend finding those angels for you as a first step (unless you’ve done it before)

I am twice bitten, but 3rd time lucky with co founders. Konrad is a better human than he is a CTO. And he’s an absolute genius. 

When people come together with shared interest, passion, complimentary skills and no ego. It’s magic. 

I’ve had to find out the hard way that it’s equally derailing to have a bad co founder. 

(I avoid friends/family as co founders like the plague 😂)
