If someone is trying to move from their traditional job and break into crypto, what are the top 3 skills or programming languages someone should master?

if you're technical: learn how to write smart contracts and start building apps

if you're non technical: learn how to build community / brand with no code onchain tools like farcaster, zora, paragraph, highlight etc

I went the learn to code smart contracts route. Lots of great resources for it. Alchemy University and cryptozombies have good programs.
