What were some of the considerations given before allowing this? 
I kind of feel they should not be accepted. It would seem the “farming burden” is now shifted to the projects supported via ITO. Know they know they will have extractive holders of their token of they launch. Is your fee tainted? 
Don’t personally like the decision but could be convened immediately not considering all factors.
