Adding a manifest:
Enables users to save and return to your frame.
Enables you to send notifications.
Gives your frame an author attribution.

Notifications:
Allow you to retain and engage users.

What makes this difficult? I would save notification tokens for everyone but only deliver notifs if the user has storage. Ignore the tokens for users you don’t want to notify.

I was interested in notifications but kind of wanted a way to limit notifications to only folks who have purchased storage
