this is a very cool idea. what is the source of truth for the x-safe nonce cross-chain? the mainnet safe nonce? or is there another way to synchronize them?

Thanks! Nonce synchronization can be achieved via cross-chain messaging, at the expense of increased gas cost, or via an off chain backend, at no increased gas cost.
