I had a brief political betting arc in 2020 on PredictIt (max bet $1700) and still follow a bunch of people from back then. Seeing them move to Polymarket (deeper liquidity, no limits) has been pretty wild.

I made "used Toyota Corolla" money in the 2020 cycle, mostly betting the EC map and not doing too much active trading. It was a very different interest rate environment, though: I was happy with a 6-10% return on sure bets which is less attractive now.
