They are generic across clients, based on where the user saves the frame. But they share a common interface. When a user saves the frame to their client, the client tells it where to send notifications. So if you save a frame in Warpcast, the frame server gets a warpcast dot com URL as the notification callback. If you save it in Recaster, you'd get a recaster dot org callback URL.
