Just went on a @rodeodotclub spree after some time away. I bounced when they added embedded wallets and regret it. There is so much cool stuff happening. My turn to be a fair weather fan! Here's my unsolicited feature wishlist, @kayvon @dappboi.eth 🤠 1️⃣ Quick mint from grid views When I'm browsing a category or a user's profile, I just want to mint! Let me double tap or long press to collect. 2️⃣ Follow on mint When I mint, I usually want to follow the artist. It's painful to tap into their profile and follow. Especially important since my FC and Rodeo graphs are not in sync. I often tap in to the profile, follow the artist on Rodeo, tap their FC, follow them on FC. It's a lot of work, which brings me to... 3️⃣ Sync graphs If I follow an FC user on Rodeo I'd like to follow them on FC (or at least have this option). I'm pretty picky about who gets a signer for my account, but willing to give one to Rodeo since I'm discovering interesting people I want to follow there.

4️⃣ Account consolidation I think I have at least five accounts, from using frames from different wallets. Since Rodeo is wallet-first, they are not synced to my FC identity. Let me consolidate them and transfer everything to one. (I will probably just do this manually, but it sucks that my most used account is not the one associated with my FC) 5️⃣ Sign in with Farcaster FC is my primary crypto identity, not my hot wallet. Please let me use it! 6️⃣ Improved frames: Privy + Frames v2 means you can launch straight into Rodeo and securely auth the user's embedded wallet. You can also push me notifications in Warpcast. I may be an outlier, but I will be 100x more likely to stay active if I can easily pop into Rodeo from the Warpcast feed. The existing frame is nearly perfect: one button to quickly mint, one to pop out to Rodeo. "Don't overthink it" in action! But If "View on Rodeo" instead opened Rodeo as a frame in-feed, it would be perfect.

I keep saying.. I wanted to dislike @rodeodotclub bc it felt like just another artist extraction platform when I first saw it and I’m so so so sick of those but… I love it.. collecting is big fun, there’s great art, love the features and they keep shipping features.

those are great suggestions; the user flow to immediately follow an artist after finding their work in feed is very complex + the missing tag of "follows you" on a profile ++ "title" of the image should be given max focus; created tag takes away all the significance of a title

I agree with number 2. If I mint your art, 99% chance I want to follow you. Sometimes I can’t make the notifications button pop up without refreshing too.

Also, mute a specific artwork (not the artist) and prevent it from appearing on and on again whenever someone you follow has collected it 🙏

you'd think syncing graphs or using farpcaster would kinda be obvious right? like there was this whole phase when no one wanted to say it out loud cause it was so obvoius they'd think they were dumb or someething for not seeing some shit. but no. fucking no. fred wilson from union park times square ventures had to [insert meme of communist guy standing up] this shit and now we're like. oh fuck i'm glad it wasn't just me.
