I wish Gale, the lab assistant had stayed around in Breaking Bad. His libertarian logic was a whole angle to explore in that frame. I love the series (binging it again); that’s the one miss to me.

Gale was such an interesting character for sure That’s also near the closest moment the show had to jumping the shark tho—the in air collision stuff was a little bit far fetched lol Did you enjoy Better Call Saul? I think it actually surpassed BrBa in terms of quality and nuanced storytelling

That's a good observation - it was a show carried by its acting and not its writing. Season 2 killed off lots of viewers too soon from bad ideas like the plane crash. Better Call Saul is next (after Baby Reindeer).

The cast and acting in BrBa was all top notch, best in class absolutely So many actors in that show will probably never have another amazing opportunity as that So you haven’t watched Better Call Saul? I would love to hear your initial thoughts on that while you’re watching it—absolutely beautiful storytelling
