I wish Gale, the lab assistant had stayed around in Breaking Bad. His libertarian logic was a whole angle to explore in that frame.  I love the series (binging it again); that’s the one miss to me.

I think it actually surpassed BrBa in terms of quality and nuanced storytelling

The cast and acting in BrBa was all top notch, best in class absolutely

So many actors in that show will probably never have another amazing opportunity as that

That's a good observation - it was a show carried by its acting and not its writing.  Season 2 killed off lots of viewers too soon from bad ideas like the plane crash.  Better Call Saul is next (after Baby Reindeer).
