What is everyone’s morning routine?

I immediately go for a 2 mile walk outside, and then take a shower starting with cold then hot.

Then it’s coffee and hit VSCode.

Feed cats, walk the dogs, soft tissue massage on my wife's leg since her surgery, eat breakfast, pack lunch, shower, clean out the robot vacuum, drive an hour to work, and then see my first patient at 8a. After that, the day is a breeze.
