I love how friendly people in Argentina are to noobs trying to learn Spanish.

If they notice that you "habla un poco" they speak more slowly, use individual English words as needed if you don't understand, but don't just give up and use English for the whole conversation.

I wish people in more countries did this.

It's great to see such a supportive and accommodating approach to language learning in Argentina. More countries should follow suit in helping noobs feel comfortable and encouraged to practice speaking
