Hi Frens! I’m having an issue.

Smart Wallet gave me 13 word recovery key/phrase.

Trying to import smart wallet to a different wallet but can’t because 13 word vs 12 word. 

Tried the 12 word. Imported a wallet that’s not mine.

Also need the recovery key/phrase to claim some shit but I can’t.

Suggestions or advice?

Smart wallets are a pain to use. I’ve had to do this a few times to get funds off Drakula and Moshicam. Try signing in here from a browser or going to claim website using the web3 browser on Coinbase exchange. What site are you trying to claim on? I might be able to help with specifics. Dm me

Smart Wallets are a smart contract wallet and can't be imported into most third-party wallets (if any) that are designed for EOAs. That Recovery flow lets you generate a new key signer, but it doesn't reflect the wallet directly, and the wallet isn't itself portable. Not sure which standard they're using for those.
