Half baked idea @jacek: 

- Introduce a reputation token (REP). REP can only be minted by burning Degen.
- Degen allowances can only be tipped in the form of REP minted from burnt allowance.
- Utility of REP could be to receive airdrops from any project based on Degen (that's just an example, more ideas could exist)

The page degen-projects.xyz looks really great but is almost impossible to find with google, contrary to degen.tips. Maybe something should be done about it.

Don't we need better communication on $DEGEN? For example, tips are only 10% of total supply per year. If outsiders knew this, they might be less spooked by FDV.
