one of the key factors for your health is definitely keeping your body moving. it doesn’t matter the form—it could be as simple as taking the stairs for a couple of floors or going for a 30-minute walk. i had a long day today (started at 4 am due to a flight to a neighbor island) for a remote site visit this morning, but still gotta get it done ✅

i stretch on the mat for about 15 minutes, followed by some light lifting. i usually alternate my workouts, doing cardio one day and lifting the next...hbu?

I used to be very fit. Lots of running and pull ups , push-ups etc. now I do nothing. But that changes today. Gonna start with some stretches , skipping and a light jog. Need to get back asap. Can’t be an unfit person in their late 20s
