I don’t think any of the onus is on the consumer. It was something we wanted but they created the supply and demand.

I loved this doc that came out right before Black Friday last year, because it shows how tech took the directive of flattening convenience to a point where people have no idea the consequences of how the consume so easily. I think it’s mutual, but I definitely put more onus on the business that profits from convenience https://youtu.be/OVfZw_eqJW8
